My Week Long Bootcamp with the AOC

Hey guys and girls. Just thought I'd write a bit of a brief review on my time spent on the AOC live in week long bootcamp. I did the Attraction Arts bootcamp. http://theartofcharm.com/attraction-arts-program/

I first up want to say. GO TAKE A BOOT CAMP!!
After arriving at the apartment, which is right on Hollywood boulevard, I was made to feel very welcome by the AOC guys and they introduced me to my classmates. This I'm told was a relatively small boot camp with only 4 students. The AOC guys are as much fun as they appear on the radio. I had an absolute blast hanging out with them. The classroom lessons were intense and left us all exhausted at the end of the day. They had tons of drills and exersizes which helped get their messages across. the field nights and field days were great fun. The guys take you to some pretty cool venues that have different areas with different feels, so there is something for everyone. but they make sure you are approaching and having fun. The guys never criticize they are constantly keeping your state up. Some of their tasks they get you to do you wont quite get the reason behind the task until once you're finished. Trust me, the more you put in the more you get out.

By the end of the boot camp there was a definite strong bond between us students, but the relationship between us and the AOC guys had definitely turned into them just being buds. I didn't feel like they were my coach or teacher, I felt like they were a good buddy who i was just hanging out with. I felt this made the whole week even more awesome. I was expecting a bit more review time on the Sunday at the end of the boot camp, however Sunday was pretty much spent with the coaches and the students all just hanging out, really relaxed and casual. Which I reckon is still pretty awesome.

I got to see some amazing transformations in my fellow classmates. These guys were crushing it by the end of the week. Everyone improved heaps and good times were had by all. I definitely suggest if you are even on the fence about taking a boot camp, definitely go and do it. However I do suggest before you go, listen to their podcasts (www.ajandjordantalkchicks.com) about value and some of the intro toolbox ones. This will give you a good foundation and make the learning process a ton easier.

and to finish up..GO TAKE A BOOT CAMP!!
